Extremely! Click "Signup", choose your membership level and submit the requested valid information and you're set to go!

What kind of websites do you allow? (do you allow adult content?)
NO ADULT CONTENT. NO HATE, NO WAREZ, NO AUTOSURF FOR PERCENTAGE/HYIP SITES, NO UNSUSTAINABLE PTR PROGRAMS, NO PTP PAGES, NO AUDIO SITES WITHOUT A WAY TO PAUSE OR STOP THE SOUND, NOTHING ILLEGAL, NOTHING ILLICIT, NOTHING IMMORAL, NO BANNER FARMS, NO FRAME BREAKERS, NO POPUPS, POP UNDERS OR DIALOG BOXES. AND NO BLOGS, WEB OR SPLASH PAGES OR SITES WHICH ADVERTISE ANY BANNED SITE. It''s common sense stuff really, but for the record we''re here to promote legitimate websites only.
Typically our members promote online businesses, businesses tools and business events. As long as these meet with the above guidelines and don''t offend anyone then that''s fine by us.
How am I paid?
Cash payments will be made once $5 is reached. Only members who are upgraded for at least 30 days will receive cash payments. Free members can only redeem for advertising. All payments are made to Alertpay ONLY. Eligible payments are made monthly on or before the 10th.
You must comply with ALL site rules to be eligible to receive payments. This applies to commissions and cash prizes.
The name on my payment processor is different than the one I gave here. Is that a problem?
YES, it is definintely a problem. Why is there a different name on your processor account than the one you used to sign up at 'Horizon Hits? That would lead me to believe you used a false name to sign up here! PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE MADE TO PROCESSOR ACCOUNTS WITH THE SAME NAME USED TO SIGN UP AT ON THE HORIZON HITS.
What is an "active" account?
As long as you surf at least 100 pages in any 30 day period, your account will be considered active.
Do you allow the use of languages other than English?
A page must not use less than 90% English otherwise it may be paused or removed from the system.
I live outside of the US. Can I join?
Yes, you can join, BUT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!! Unfortunately, members from Pakistan are not allowed. Also, members from China must be upgraded AT ALL TIMES. This is not meant to single out any one group, but unfortunately, over 90% of those found to be cheating at TEs have IP addresses located in China & Pakistan!
Can I surf without adding any sites?
No, this is a traffic exchange, the key word being "Exchange"! You must have at least one (1) website in rotation or your account will be deleted. Submitting your On The Horizon Hits referral page does NOT count!
What are your terms and conditions?
Like most Traffic exchange programs we have strict rules to protect our members from cheating. The program employs methods to detect cheating and will suspend any accounts that fail to abide by our rules.
